PARRDS strives to become a PO-centered progressive social movement
coalition which initiates and participates in ever broadening local,
national and global social movement coalitions. To do so, the coalition
focuses on leadership and capacity development and advocacy by:
1. facilitating studies and discourses for a new ARRD program beyond
CARP;
2. developing an agrarian reform and human rights (AR-HR) movement and
institution;
3. actively participating in broader ARRD coalitions;
4. consolidating AR gains through sustainable agriculture;
5. promoting of student and community youth involvement;
6. ensuring ARRD victories for women;
7. putting into place a successor generation leadership development
program; and
8. promoting and developing agrarian reform and participatory local
governance.
