To achieve both its social vision and internal mission, PARRDS
employs the following strategies:
1. developing both women and men PO leaders;
2. training youth advocates for agrarian reform and rural development;
3. using AR-HR approach in all its fields of advocacy;
4. promoting sustainable agriculture-sustainable development;
5. advancing international linkaging;
6. working hand-in-hand with the Churches;
7. advancing peace and development in MIndanao; and
8. mainstreaming Gender and AR.
